1997年、「日本NCR」に新卒で入社。DWH構築に従事した 後、2001年に「アマゾンジャパン」に転職。受発注のシステム構築・運用をはじめ、プロジェクトマネージャーとして、商品情報管理システムの運用・改 善、新規商品カテゴリーの設計、アメリカ本社からの倉庫業務フロー導入など、サービス立ち上げ業務に4年半携わる。

その後は、フランス化粧品会社にてCRMパッケージ導入、アメリカのSaaSベンダーにてセールスエンジニア、「楽天」物流事業部の営業等、幅広い業務を経験。

2010年より「ギルト・グループ」でロジスティックス・マネージャーに。入出荷、倉庫管理の全ての業務、KPIを含めたオペレーション業務全般、3PLの管理を行った。

2015年に独立。ITシステム及びe-commerce サイトのバックエンド側でのシステム導入・オペレーション改善を中心に、システム・物流の双方から総合的な視点での提案を得意としている

Joined NCR Japan upon graduating from university in 1997. Engaged in developing data warehousing. Moved to Amazon Japan in 2001. As project manager, participated in establishing services for four and a half years. Projects included operating and improving the product information management system, designing new product categories, and deploying warehouse gudgets and workflows provided from the U.S. headquarters.

Afterwards, gained further experience in a broad range of work projects, including deploying a CRM package at a French cosmetics company, working as sales engineer for a U.S.-based SaaS vendor,  and creating sales in Rakuten's logistics department.

From 2010, worked as logistics manager with the Gilt Group.  Carried out all work in warehouse management, all operations tasks including KPIs, and 3PL management.

Became independent in 2015. Skilled in making proposals with comprehensive considerations of both systems and logistics, with a primary focus on deploying IT systems and back-end systems for e-commerce websites.
